About Your Visit
In most cases, patients are referred to San Francisco Veterinary Specialists by their general veterinarian. Contact us at (415) 401-9200, seven days a week, to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists.
To save time, new clients can download and fill out our Client/Patient Intake Form and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
Please be sure to also bring any pertinent information with you to the appointment, including your pet’s X-rays, blood test results, relevant medical records or other information. You can also request that your regular veterinarian forward the information in advance of the appointment.
NOTE: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice, and we'll be happy to reschedule.
After you check in with our client service representatives, the doctor will meet with you and your pet to get a complete medical history and evaluate your pet's condition.
Our team will provide you with an assessment of your pet's treatment options, plans and costs.
